This course is prepared to transmit you the handling of the materials used when stringing or weaving chair seats.

You will learn different techniques that allow the strings to be intertwined using different patterns.

Materials such as seagrass, cattail, Danish rope, or rattan are some of those used to develop patterns such as chess, right angle, or up / down.

After attending this course, you will learn materials with which to weave seats and different techniques that can be applied both in the restoration of old seatsand in the creation of new designs.
