MARI MAR RODRIGUEZ

"Things do not happen without any reason, there is always a desire, a reason, an objective that induces them. My presence in Zurjole is a good example of this. "

Born in San Sebastián in 1967, Mari Mar Rodríguez has always been worried about doing things. She discovered the gum-eva by chance and, thanks to her interest, she has gone a long way in modeling gum-eva gossip. Thanks to the knowledge acquired on a self-taught basis and to the monographic courses that she has received, she has found the right direction to reach the level of technique she has today.

Her commitment to the transmission of knowledge in Tamayo has given her an experience in which contact with people has given her as much or more than she has shared. Their patience and knowhow with the little ones, has helped so many of the young people who have attended her workshops. They have discovered a completely new form of modeling and material.

One of her desires in life is to keep growing as a person and keep that illusion intact by doing things.

She would like Zurjole to be a magical place for all people who want to learn how to create, as it is for her. A place where dreams are created, where ideas are born - one after another – and, all of them, with the same common denominator: use the same tools to create, the hands.
